Solith-G-AkustikExpanded glass granulate acoustic ceilings, consisting of non-combustible acoustic panels

Acoustic ceilings made of expanded glass granulate are categorized in the building material class A2-s1, d0 in accordance with DIN EN 13501-1, complies with the building control designation “non-combustible A2” in accordance with DIN 4102. The Solith-G expanded glass granulate acoustic ceilings are also offered as acoustic ceilings for moisture-prone areas, e.g. for indoor swimming pools. They are also used as ball impact resistant acoustic ceilings. The ball impact resistance was tested in accordance with DIN 18 032-3 by the Material Research Laboratory of the University of Stuttgart.

The expanded glass granulate acoustic ceilings were also tested for impact resistance in accordance with DIN 13 964, Annex D, and comply with the requirements of the most resilient class 1 A. The sound absorbing properties of the expanded glass granulate acoustic panels were measured in accordance with DIN EN ISO 354 and evaluated in accordance with DIN EN ISO 11654 (sound absorption class C).
